MY BIBLE JOURNEY

Today, I will begin to share with you my Bible Journey – my simple insights and learnings, with the hope that you will gain from them. I shall start with the Book of John from the New Testament 🤍

John Chapters 1-5 tell the journey of Jesus Christ which covers several major events. These chapters show how he became the true Messiah, how he got baptized by John the Baptist, how he grouped his 12 disciples (who will later on carry the legacy of sharing the Word of God), and how he was able to teach to Nicodemus (a Pharisee). He spoke to large groups of people and travelled through different places. He performed many miracles, healed the sick, and even raised a dead person from the grave 🙏🏽

What lessons did I learn? 

I learned that Jesus is truly the Son of God and that he can powerfully perform miracles. I believe that Jesus is the true Messiah. I also realized that we should not take the Bible for granted because what is written in the Bible is true 👍🏻

How can I apply these lessons to my daily life? 

I realized that we should share the Word of God (meaning the Gospel) to those who have not believed in Jesus. We also must follow and obey his Word. And it is important to learn his Word and to apply it in our daily lives because that is the main reason and purpose of studying it 😊
